Feeding food
Ecolait makes the milk by-products (milk powder) for its calves. The goods are sent to the Saint-Hyacinthe's food-processing complex, which is also where Ecolait’s head office is located. Products can also be sent off to installations throughout the province of Quebec. Each year, the company sells 20,000 tons of its feeding food products in various regions of Quebec. Quality controls are made on a regular basis: samples are thus taken during the production, analyzed and the results are recorded. Any abnormality not abiding by severe standards can then be pointed out and corrected promptly. Every sample can be preserved up to nine months.Quality and range

Ecolait proposes a unique feeding product, prepared to meet the needs of growing animals. The Regular and Kosher products (made exclusively out of vegetable fats) are available under the Starting up and Finish range. The Starting up products are more generous in vitamins and proteins, therefore providing a stronger beginning in the breeding of top-quality calves. |
